1) The release of Ubuntu you are using, via 'lsb_release -rd' or System -> About Ubuntu
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy pkgname' or by checking in Software Center
gnome-initial-setup 46.0-1ubuntu6 and 46.2-1ubuntu2~ppa2 in ppa:ubuntu-
3) What you expected to happen
The background image during the OOBE is the default Ubuntu background image.
4) What happened instead
The background image during the OOBE has only blue.
