Bug Description

Launching initial setup may not properly load the welcome page with this error:

Error building template class 'GisWelcomePage' for an instance of type 'GisWelcomePage': .:0:0 Invalid object type 'GisPageHeader'

Thanks Marco, I've not seen that problem nor any report of the issue, do you have steps to trigger?

It happens here all the times when loading a compiled version.

It may not happen "by luck" in the distro, but this is due to an actual error in the code (1 line change) so it should be definitely fixed to prevent this to happen unexpectedly.
