Bug Description
Cannot get timezone automatically recognized despite geoclue is available in the desktop.
Reproduction steps:
1. Install stock Ubuntu desktop
2. Change /etc/geoclue/
3. Confirm the geolocation is working (by using /usr/libexec/
4. Reboot and add gnome.initial-
5. Check whether there is internet connection in the beginning, or connect if not.
6. Turn on Location services
7. Wait and check that timezone is automatically selected
Expected result: Timezone is automatically selected
Actual result: Timezone is not automatically selected
