Bug Description

The Ubuntu Error Tracker has been receiving reports about a problem regarding gnome-initial-setup. This problem was most recently seen with package version 3.28.0-2ubuntu6.16.04.1, the problem page at https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/b045844c0dbc8437bd5987e3b634481f51c331f0 contains more details, including versions of packages affected, stacktrace or traceback, and individual crash reports.

I looked at this the other day but haven't yet worked out what is causing it.
