package gnome-icon-theme 2.31.0-0ubuntu2 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 2

i just upgraded to gnome 3 for upgrade the evolution, after that evolution is getting problem then i uninstall the gnome 3 from the system and uninstalls the evolution after that i'm unable to install all other packages through the apt-get.

please give me the solution to resolvet this issue.
