Missing former files from package gnome-themes-extras in trusty

Bug Description
According to this page: https:/
Between the list of files in the package for Trusty vs Xenial I observe:
1) No .theme files, which I believe is why I do not see any additional entries showing up in: Settings Manager \ Appearance \ Icons
2) No Foxtrot or Gion files / directories.
Thus I do not see how package gnome-icon-
What package are the Foxtrot or Gion icon sets supposed to be in for the Xenial release?
