Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-chess
When choosing 3D from the view menu, Gnome Chess displays a message telling the user to ask their system administrator to install "OpenGL Python bindings" and "GtkGLExt Python bindings". This could be confusing to less-experienced users. Gnome Chess should either depend on the relevant packages, should offer to install them (in the same way shares-admin offers to install Samba) or should hide the 3D option if it is not usable.
