huge font printing multiple sudokus

When printing multiple sudokus, I select one game per sheet of paper, and when done printing the numbers in the square are very thick, and use lots of ink.

shouldn't it be more like a cups issue or printer perhaps? gnome-games just uses gtk to print their jobs.
