I'm assigning the bug to gnome-games-data (source package gnome-games), because it appears that there's an error in /usr/share/gnome/help/blackjack/el/blackjack.xml (shipped by this package).
After looking closer, it appears to be a duplicate of bug 216789 and a fix should be available for Intrepid and Hardy.
