windows decorations not being changed on theme change

The window decorations are not changed when reconfiguring the theme. However there is a workaround:

$: gsettings set org.gnome.metacity theme "Ambiance"

This was tried with tweak tools as well with theme configuration in the Appearance settings, nothing working.

That is not a workaround - that is currently only way to do it!
