gnome-documents is creating a cache dir with the wrong permissions

Bug Description
When trying to preview any local document (i.e. a document in my local disk), gnome-documents will fail with the following error:
Error invoking Gd.pdf_
Investingating a little further, I noticed that the dir in ~/.cache/
drw------- 2 myuser myuser 4096 Dec 19 12:10 gnome-documents
I checked the source code and the call to g_mkdir_
