gnome-do can no longer restart my machine, giving the following error:

[Error 17:16:02.240] [PowerManagement] Could not reboot: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownMethod: Method "Reboot" with signature "" on interface "org.freedesktop.PowerManagement" doesn't exist

Assuming you are trying to reboot using the GNOME-Session plugin, I think this is already fixed in GNOME Do 0.8.2.
