cant partition to accept windows

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-disk-utility

I am only a Windows user .... And this is all bacards ... I should be able to use auto run on demand and I can't.
I have Ubuntu as my whole HHD ... I can't partition ... I can't install windows as a second partition,

Installed VLC player and is lost in never never land cant find it lol

JUST TOTALLY LOST HERE.
