Disk Utility "Create Partition" layout cramped

Bug Description

There is a minor issue with the dialog used to create a new partition on a USB device within Disk Utility. The dialog is not resizable; this causes the "Size" horizontal scrollbar to get truncated so you are not able to use the scrollbar reliably. See attached screenshot.
