nautilus should place thumbnails in to ~/.cache folder

Binary package hint: nautilus

the thubnail folder belong to the ~/.cache/thumbnails . This will make home folder clean and transparent.

Gnome upstream make mad,
for some bugs i have patches with no feedback and no answer... simply
nothing happening. I hoped ubundu devs have some direct line with gnome
devs.
