GUI chooses printer name poorly

The GUI created a printer name based on the printer driver rather than the spool
name. Windows for example, names the printer after the spool and appends server
information, e.g. 'lp on http://printserver:port' from
http://printserver:port/printers/lp. In a network with many printers using the
same driver, having the printers all be variations on the driver name is
problematic.

I confirm that this was a bug under breezy. (no printer to test here under Dapper )

We have changed the default print management system in Ubuntu from gnome-cups-manager to system-config-printer because g-c-m is no longer maintained. s-c-p lets you give both a name and a location for the printer.
