Bug Description

In Ubuntu 12.04 LTS with gnome-control-center 1:3.4.1-0ubuntu1 it is not possible to select Japanese keyboard Sanwa which is supported by Xorg in xkb-data 2.5-1ubuntu1. See grep -riI sanwa /usr/share/X11/xkb/ and attached screenshot.

Fixing this allow users with this keyboard, for which Xorg support exists, to be able to use it.
