Bug Description

I have:
ii gnome-control-center 1:3.4.0-0ubuntu3 utilities to configure the GNOME desktop
ii xserver-xorg-input-synaptics 1.5.99.902-0ubuntu1 Synaptics TouchPad driver for X.Org server

Going to System Settings the radio button to enable Two finger scroll is switched off.
However, executing the following gives working two finger scroll...
synclient "VertTwoFingerScroll=1"
synclient "EmulateTwoFingerMinZ=10"
