sound-applet present in notification area (gnome-classic)

Bug Description

Gnome classic provides indicators by default so it is no more necessary to show the
sound applet also in the notification area.

/etc/xdg/autostart/gnome-sound-applet.desktop should not run in the fallback session.

    - don't autostart the sound applet under GNOME classic sessions since

  * debian/patches/04_new_appearance_settings.patch:
    - don't display a (null) background size when a solid color is used
      (lp: #944076)
    - set "default" string as translatable (lp: #968290)
