Bug Description

As per the Ayatana mailing list, there was a discussion about integrating the startup application menu option into the gnome control settings since it would be more appropriate. A user does not change the startup applications every day or more frequently than that. Hence it does not seem logical to place it in the power cog menu for quick access. It would nice for it to be integrated into the gnome-control-center.
