Bug Description
Well, this is probably a wishlist, however I feel if you can add user interfaces for changing font, gtk and mouse cursor themes it would complete the experience of the Appearence tab.
Currently there are third party software like Ubuntu Tweak which helps to do it.
Dconf-editor is also an option but that's too technical for daily users and its not installed by default as well.
