Gnome 3
Opened the network applet
Turned off my wired connection
Clicked the 'Configure' button to change the wired connection - crash occured

do you use gnome-shell or unity? did you try to configure a vpn? does it happen every time with specific steps?

I use gnome-shell. In this case I wasn't configuring a VPN, I only
wanted to change my wired IP address.

I opened the network settings applet via the taskbar, turned off the
wired connection and clicked configure on the wired connection. (Maybe
I clicked it too fast, as I notice now when I turn off a connection I
can't click configure as its greyed out)

I am not able to reproduce it now.
