Before I set the password for a new user I found that it was possible to change the Automatic Login to that user.

seems similar to https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=649816 which should be fixed in the current version, what gnome-control-center version do you run?

After applying the latest updates I found that it is still possible to change this setting by simply clicking on a user in the left panel.

Tested on gnome-control-center: 1:3.1.92-0ubuntu2
