System Settings should include an Update Manager icon

Bug Description

System Settings should include an Update Manager icon so that users might update their machine at will. The system menu (top right) already shows weather the system is up-to-date, but I expected it to see it in System Settings as well, since the other menu items are included.

thank you but the system settings is about "settings" as it names indicate and upgrades are not settings...
