Bug Description
System settings for the most part has settings which it open within itself, rather than in a new window. For these settings, we should clearly display what settings is open in the System Settings unity launcher icon.
The Unity launcher icon for System Settings is a Gear and a Wrench. My suggestion is that this should change as you change which setting you have selected. Foe example, if "Displays" is selected, the Monitor icon should take over that launcher (or another clever method to show that System Settings has "Display" preferences open).

thinking about it won't that be alot of bling bling to the eyes and also gnome-shell does not change the icon as well IIRC, you are running system settings as a main application everything inside is part of it.
