The problem is a missing system-address-book in evolution.
I made a fresh Natty-install on my notebook. The folder ~/.local/share/evolution/addressbook was completely empty. When filling out the about-me-box, the program can't find the system-address-book and creates a temporary address-book instead. Every time calling the about-me-box, another temporary address-book will be created.
Starting evolution and open the address-book should create a system-address-book. But it seems that evolution don't create it if the folder is not empty.
My solution is to remove all content in the folder using the command
rm -R ~/.local/share/evolution/addressbook/*
ATTENTION: all address-books will be deleted. You should save it before executing the command.
Start evolution and open the address-book. A new subfolder named system should appear and now about-me is able to store the user-content in the correct database.
