gnome-mouse-properties needs the option: Disable touchpad when external mouse detected

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

When an external mouse is pluged-in, the touchpad sometimes is not needed, so there should be an option to automaticly disable it

I wrote a simple script to make that, but I think this sould be integrated in the system

Thanks a lot for reporting this, but since it constitutes a feature request, it is not a valid papercut.
