Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

Entering valid ipv6 address's in the network proxy settings form fields results in truncation at first instance of colon, feild parser needs to be rewritten to support v6 address's.

the proxy capplet is not aware of ipv6 that's why it doesnt' work. that's known upstream you can track it here: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=599567
