Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-control-
Currently, you can drag monitors out of visible space quite easily, and they
would never come back so you can't drag them any more.
To fix this, I'd propose to normalize (fit to view) the monitor layout after
each drag'n'drop operation rather than just at application start.
