Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-control-
Currently, when changing the monitor layout, there are snap-to points for aligning to one of the edges. I'd propose to also add snap-to points for centering horizonally or vertically.
The main use-case is for vertically stacked dual-screen configurations: Most people will put both screens more or less centered on top of each other and will _not_ left- or right-align them.
