Gnome display properties to big for 576 vertical resolution

Bug Description

gnome-display-properties is to large for screens with 576 vertical pixels. With two Ubuntu bars there is only 576-48 = 528 vertical visible pixels. The entire bottom half is cut off and not visible to the user. Screen shot attached.

TFixing this would accomidate for new popular displays 1024x576.
