[jaunty] cannot open "Window" preferences dialog

Bug Description
In Jaunty alpha 5 downloaded 28/02/09, I cannot open the System > Preferences > Windows dialog. When I click on it (from a fresh install from full x86 live cd), I get an error window saying "Cannot start the preferences application for your window manager. Window manager "compiz" has not registered a configuration tool."
