Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

When an additional monitor is attached after a login, gnome-display-properties does not find it when clicking "Detect Monitors".
Running "xrandr --auto" in the terminal makes the secondary monitor start and show the desktop.
This also adds the monitor to gnome-display-properties.
I suppose this shows that the back end finds the monitor while the front end doesn't?

If the monitor already is attached when you log on, the display shows up though.
