Screen resilution applet does not allow to set resolution to higher than 53 Hz

Bug Description

Screen resilution applet does not allow to set resolution to higher than 53 Hz while it is 76 Hz possible (ans is set by default at system startup).

Thank you for your bug report. What applet are you speaking about? Could you make a screenshot? Could you run xrandr on a command line and copy the log to a comment?

Here is the screenshot. I also should note that it does not mean that higher refresh rates are unaccessible. With Nvidia display settings applet I can set up to 76 Hz refresh rate. But this applet does not allow to set anything highr than 53 Hz.

that's not an applet but gnome-display-properties, could you also attach the requested xrandr log?
