"No CA certificate required" checkbox unselects after saving

1) Description: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS Release: 22.04
2) gnome-control-center:
  Installed: 1:41.7-0ubuntu0.22.04.8
  Candidate: 1:41.7-0ubuntu0.22.04.8

3) When setting Protected EAP settings in the security tab of internet connections setting the check box for "No CA certificate required" should stay marked when editing the settings a future time.

4) When setting Protected EAP settings in the security tab of internet connections setting the check box for "No CA certificate required" doesn't stay set.
