Printer ink level bars don't line up

I'd like to know the ink level in my laser printer.
I can see the ink level in the gnome control center. However the colours look like they're not centred vertically.

The ink levels are inside a losenge but don't fit perfectly vertically. There's a gap below the coloured bar.
