night light sunset to sunrise still uses manual settings

may be related to 1686895

this has to be done before sunset.

if you're using night light and you move the setting to manual, and then move the start time to before the time is now, you will see night light turned on. then go back to the sunset to sunrise setting, the night light will still be on because it's using the manual settings.
