Bug Description

Using settings->appearance there are two options: light theme and dark theme

1) release of Ubuntu:
Description: Ubuntu Jammy Jellyfish (development branch)
Release: 22.04
2) The version of the package
gnome-control-center:
  Installed: 1:41.4-1ubuntu3.1
  Candidate: 1:41.4-1ubuntu3.1
  Version table:
 *** 1:41.4-1ubuntu3.1 500
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu jammy/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
3) What you expected to happen
light theme has two windows: one light in front and one dark behind, having the same color as observed in dark theme
4) What happened instead
the window in the background of the light theme should be dimmed slightly instead of being completely dark as found in the dark theme

We basically get that graphic from gnome-control-center 42. Please report this bug to GNOME and let us know the bug number.
