Bug Description

Refer to https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-control-center/-/issues/1521

Reproduce step:

1. Boot into Ubuntu Jammy
2. Connect to Wi-Fi 6GHz OWE network
3. Try to configure the network to static IP
4. Reboot, then the network is not able to active anymore
