This issue occurs using the Budgie desktop on Ubuntu 20.04LTS.
The package using during the failure was:

As you can see on the supplied attachment, there are references to "Hardware Address" and "Last Used."
The line containing "Last Used Today" is being displayed over the "Connect automatically" selection.
