When you press backspace in terminal and you can't go back more, you receive a sound, this sound is configured in the menu Settings/
I installed advanced GNOME Tweak from Ubuntu Software to watch the problem and if I go to appearance menu, I can watch Sound = Default, when it is in Default, it works like I configured, but, when the bug appear, this option change to Sound = Personalized (I don't know the exactly words in English I am using Ubuntu 20.04 LTS in spanish).
The problem is that the sound miss the configuration.

I can't reproduce the problem but also can't see where the custom sound theme is stored. The gsettings for it are just:
org.gnome. desktop. sound theme-name '__custom'
