Can't calibrate monitor

Tried to calibrate my monitor with an external device (x-rite huey pro). Process seems to go fine and starts working on the calibration. At about 80% of the progress bar I receive the message (in basque, not sure where to search it in english):
Kalibrazioak huts egin du
Kalibratzeko behar diren tresnak ez daude instalatuta
Kalibrazioaren gailua ken dezakezu
Which translates to (free non-official translation)
Calibration has failed.
The tools needed for calibration are not installed
You can remove the calibration device
