Bug Description
1) "Turn On WiFi Hotspot" is greyed out in the 3 dot menu when opening GNOME settings directly on the WiFi tab. However, switching to a different tab and back fixes this. When hovering the mouse above the greyed out "Turn On WiFi Hotspot", a tooltip says "System policy prohibits use as a Hotspot".

2) Deleting a route in the settings window for a particular network makes the settings window for that network blank until re-opened. To reproduce:
- Open GNOME settings on WiFi tab
- Click gear icon next to any WiFi network
- Add a new IPv4 route
- Close the window
- Re-open the window
- Try to delete the route
Expected result:
The route is removed and when clicking "apply" it is gone permanently
Actual result:
All the widgets on the window disappear and the route is not removed permanently when clicking "apply" so it can be seen again when re-opening the window.
