Bug Description

i cannot switch the “connectivity checking” to “on”; the button/slider seems permanently “off” - is this being fixed?

assume package is gnome-control-center

1) Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (Ubuntu budgie)

2) gnome-control-center:
  Installed: 1:3.36.1-1ubuntu5
  Candidate: 1:3.36.1-1ubuntu5
  Version table:
 *** 1:3.36.1-1ubuntu5 500
        500 http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

3) I expected to be able to switch "connectivity checking" on

4) it doesnt; button/slider does not allow for "on"; other dials/buttons in settings do
