Bug Description

I was told to report this using ubuntu-bug instead of what I did for bug 1874583. The effects are identical to the aforementioned bug report: Changing fractional scaling to 125% scales the UI to 200%, and changing fractional scaling to 150% or 175% causes gnome-control-center to segfault. See bug 1874583 for details on how to reproduce such behavior.
