i couldn't access into settings and tweaks, when i clicked to them, it was setup and about 5 seconds later, they're disappeared

because i installed icons from gnome-look, after i choose it, everything like tweaks,settings, folder home,... they couldn't open

Thank you for your bug report. Is that still an issue in newer Ubuntu versions? If so could you do a video showing the problem?
