Bug Description

When I'm inside the Devices menu, and I enter the "Keyboard Shortcuts" submenu, there is a problem when I want to return to the previous menu, which in this case is the Devices menu. When I press the return button, the left column with the submenus list that is inside Devices takes the whole screen of the program, instead of presenting the left column on it's standard size. I don't know if this is a glitch/bug or if it is intended, but I do find it to be very weird looking. It would be nice if this was fixed before the release of Ubuntu 19.10.

Steps to reproduce it:
1 - Enter GCC
2 - Go to Devices
3 - Enter Keyboard Shortcuts
4 - Return to the previous menu using the Return Arrow button at the top left part of the window

What is expected:
It should return to the previous menu inside Devices that you were before entering the Keyboard Shortcuts submenu.

What happens:
It returns to a blank screen that is only presenting the submenus inside Devices, without returning to the previous submenu that you were (screenshot has been added presenting what the issue looks like).

It is worth noting that I am running the Ubuntu 19.10 Beta inside a VMWare session.
