Bug Description

While a print job is active, the layout in the printers panel becomes unusable. The dropdown for the gears icon is removed almost immediately after the click that opened it.

Before filing bugs, could you update your system to latest and test this bug again please?

Something also went wrong with your screen record, could you make a new one and/or screenshot?

Maybe also attach your dmesg logs so volunteers can debug a better way.

Does the video not work for you? I've downloaded it again and playback works for me. Does playback not work for you, or what is the issue?

Ok seems like your video is working now.

Did you update system to 5.0.0 -25 and test if the bug remains?
what about booting an older kernel, does this still happen?

I updated, rebooted and the issue persists:

Can you upload your dmesg logs too please
and sudo lshw -C video could also be useful

did you try gnome3 vs gnome-flashback to see if your bug persists?

The issue exists both on gnome3, as well as gnome-flashback.
