Bug Description

In the Power menu, when selecting the option "Never" for Blank Screen, after you leave the menu and return it is changed to the option "0 Seconds".

In fact it's a known bug and has been fixed upstream in https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-control-center/merge_requests/267

the fix is https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-control-center/commit/8b8b49e9 and has been commited to gnome-3-30 after 3.30.2 was out
