Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 18.04 on real hardware (since there is a some bug 1769372 VirtualBox)
2. Login to session
3. Open GNOME Control Center, Power (or simply `gnome-
4. Try to set "When the Power Button is pressed" to Ask or Interactive
Expected results:
there is an option to Ask user (or Interactive) dialog
Actual results:
there is no option to Ask user (or Interactive) dialog
Workaround:
set such option from terminal with `gsettings set org.gnome.

The Power Off option in that drop down **is** the 'interactive' gsettings setting. I believe that is an intentional decision by the gnome-control- center maintainers to use that for Power Off.

In the Ubuntu session, "Power Off" (interactive) is the default in Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.
I'm closing this bug since this is a bit of a design decision and should be handled upstream if changes need to be made.
One thing you could do though is have the gnome-user-docs user help explain what "Power Off" does. (It does the same thing as the power button in the system status menu in the top right of GNOME Shell.)
